Furnace charging and dosing units are critical systems that ensure the controlled, safe, and efficient feeding of raw materials in casting and metal melting processes. These units are among the process equipment that directly affect production quality, especially in pig iron, ductile iron, and steel casting plants.

The furnace charging system ensures that raw materials such as pig iron, alloy elements, and recycled materials are loaded into the induction furnace in a specific order. The charging process can be performed manually or automatically. These systems both increase work safety and ensure the homogeneity of the materials entering the furnace.

Dosing units are systems that precisely control the amount of materials to be added to the induction furnace. Adding alloying elements in the correct proportions is one of the most important factors determining melting quality and the mechanical properties of the final product.
