Our Resin Sand Reclamation Systems enable the mechanical and thermal recycling of resin-bonded sand after casting, allowing for its reuse. Sand Recycling Technology

Our system first mechanically breaks down the sand blocks coming out of the casting, then cleans the resin residues on the sand grains. The resulting recovered sand is subjected to controlled cooling and dust removal processes, and is returned to the casting line with physical and chemical properties as close as possible to those of new (fresh) sand.

Thermal Sand Reclamation

For situations where mechanical recovery is insufficient or where the highest sand quality is desired, our Thermal Sand Recovery systems eliminate all organic binders (resins) on the sand particles by burning them at high temperatures.

Near-Zero Resin Residue : Completely removes sand grains, restoring fresh sand performance.

Low Gas Emissions : Reduces gas defects (porosity) that may arise from recycled sand during casting to zero.

Maximum Resin Savings : The cleaned sand surface allows for the use of less fresh resin in the new molding stage.
